(full text) links from google.com

WARNING to iPad Users !

On my iPad, only the upper half of the first page of a pdf file (that is stored on Microsoft’s OneDisk cloud service) is viewable after I click on its link. If this happens to you, do the following to view the FULL document. Click on “FILE” at the top left, then “HELP”, then “Accessibility Mode”. If no “FILE” appears at the top left, click on the “arrow out of rectangle” icon at the upper right, then “OPEN IN …”    “FILE” should then appear at the top left.

Amazon.com vs. books.google.com (or better still) full contents links from Google

I am currently systematically going through this e-library to try to put up links to books.google.com if amazon.com has no “Look Inside” link, or there is no link at all. Sometimes there is no books.google.com link, but often there is, so many of the books that are currently unviewable with amazon.com, will become viewable (i.e. samplable) with books.google.com

FULL CONTENT (FULL-TEXT) Links

Recently, Google has been putting up millions of links to the full contents of books. My top preference of course is to copy “full content” links into my e-libraries, because they are the most valuable to students. Files containing full content are linked as (full-text). Those topics whose full-text links have been checked are marked full texted.
